Can I request special orders? If so, how?
Absolutely! MaelinDesigns can and does create special orders. Just contact Debbie at email@example.com for details on how to do just that. The fees will be determined by what is ordered, how long it takes to create the item, and the current market value of the supplies that will go in to said item.
What is your exchange/return policy?
If the product arrives damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization. Damaged items will be exchanged for the same or a similar item or store credit only.
For non-damaged product, item must be in resaleable condition, and will be either exchanged for other product or store credit will be given.
MaelinDesigns does not currently accept refunds except under certain circumstances.
